3. You can access the phone book on the IP Phone directly, after the phone book entries are
properly set. Please press ‘Menu’ button on IP Phone, and press
‘Select’
key on the first item:

4. All phone book entries will be displayed here, you can use
‘Up’

‘Down’
key to move up and
down in the list, to select a phone book entry to dial.
