The PD Alive Check is not a defining standard, so the PoE device on the market
doesn’t report reboots done information to the PoE Switch. So user has to make
sure how long it takes for the PD to finish booting, and then set the time value
related column. The system is going to check the PD again according to the reboot
time. If you cannot make sure the precise booting time, we suggest you set it
longer.

2.3.7 Bandwidth Detection
When the network transmits “the highest data rate”, more than the set value,
over a single port, the switch will set off an alarm to warn the overuse of the
bandwidth. There are four levels of budget control, namely
Unlimited (default),
400Mbps, 500Mbps
and
600Mbps
