You can choose extractor mode as well as recirculation mode. 

You can choose 

one

 of these modes at the same time only.

Extractor mode: 

 
After removing the small plastic plate / cover

 you ( optionally ) can install the adapter. Insert 

the exhaust hose into the adapter. 
 
There is a small plastic plate inside the hood on the front left side of the plastic housing to 
change  the  operating  mode  (  pull  slightly  and  insert  into  the  next  opening  ).Before  you 
remove  the  aluminium  filter  to  set  the  desired  model 

disconnect  the  appliance  from  the 

mains.

 

 
The appliance is preset for recirculation mode 

(

the opening on the front top side is open ). 

If  you  want  to  run  the  appliance  in  extractor  mode,  you  have  to  change  the  mode  with  the 
small plastic plate.
