Insert the grease filters and connect the appliance to the mains

Check the correct position of the hood from front and side perspective.
Otherwise the appliance will not work properly.
2.3 Disassembling of the appliance
NOTICE!
Two assistants are required for the disassembling of the
appliance.
1.
WARNING!
Unplug the appliance or disconnect it from the mains
(use the relevant fuse in your household fuse box).
2.
Remove the grease filter(s). Remove the carbon filter(s) if installed.
3.
Observe the following steps a-d.
a.
Remove the screws on bracket 2.
b.
Let the top chimney slide down
carefully.
c.
Remove the screws on the bottom.
d.
Remove the chimney carefully.
4.
If an extension is installed on the chimney pot, please remove also.

If the socket is covered by the chimney, you must plug in the appliance at an
earlier point in
time.
