Manual operation mode
When you have connected the appliance to the mains for the first time - or after a
power failure -, the numbers on the display begin to flash. You must enter the
manual operation mode before you can set a function or temperature.
Press and hold the M
ANUAL

BUTTON
(12) for three seconds. The oven-in-use
symbol on the display goes on.
Setting of the time of the day
When you have connected the appliance to the mains for the first time, you have to
set the time of the day before initial operation.
1.
Enter the manual operation mode (see above).
2.
Press the M
ANUAL

BUTTON
(12) once to set the time of the day. While the
DECIMAL DOT
(9) is flashing, you can set the time using the P
LUS
(11) and
M
INUS
(13)-
BUTTONS
.

When the current time of the day is displayed, release the Plus and M
INUS
-
BUTTONS
and wait a few seconds. The
DECIMAL DOT
(9) stops flashing. The
appliance is ready for operation now.
Before initial operation
1.
To remove any residue from the oven that may have been left from the
manufacturing process, you should select the fan oven function and set the
thermostat to its maximum temperature setting; generated smells are perfectly
normal. Please open the windows of the room the appliance is installed in.
2.
Do not stay in the same room during this procedure.
3.
Operate the appliance in the setting named above for 30 to 40 minutes.
4.
Let the oven cool down, then clean the oven with warm soapy water using a
soft sponge or cloth.

Clean the external surfaces of the appliance with warm soapy water using a soft
sponge or cloth.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners!

We would recommend that an appropriate stainless steel cleaner and polish is
regularly used on the stainless steel surfaces of this appliance.
