Generating Reports for Scanning Jobs

Reports containing job details for scanning jobs include - match code (Piece ID), date, time, operator,
expected and actual scans, status read (OK or N OK) and job number.

This type of report can be generated by date. Reports for jobs in the current calendar month can be
accessed using the calendar feature. Reports for jobs outside the current calendar month can be
accessed using the archived reports steps. These reports are only available for scanning jobs.

Generate a report for a scan job within the current calendar month

1. Double-tap the

Reports

icon on the touchscreen desktop.

2. To select a date within the current calendar month, tap the

Open by date

icon at the top of the

screen.

3. Select the date on the calendar of the current month. Job details for that scan job populates the

screen.
