2. Main menu

OMR location (scanner postion)

Here you select the scanner position, all available positions are defined in the Service 

menu, here you can only select already defined positions.

Scan line increment

To do this measure the minimum distance between the scan lines which are right next to 

each other:

•  1/6 Inch
•  1/8 Inch
•  1/10 Inch
• 

User Def. 

User Def. needs to enter a value for example 3.5mm is set as 350.

Scan line increment

The scan line position number is shown on the far right of the display (see below), BM 

(bench mark) being set as 1 (first scan line position). In total there are 31 scan line posi

-

tions available. 

The following examples show the first two scan line definitions. BM is permanently 1 and 

cannot be modified. The second scan line position (far right “2”) is defined as DVF (divert 

finished) in this example. The scan function (i.e. DVF) can be changed by scrolling through 

the available scan functions.

If the current scan line position is to be ignored, choose a not used function and press 

RED (Ignore) a small “i” is placed after the number

and confirming with GREEN and the function is ignored.
