CHECK MODE 3 screen
CHECK MODE 3 (push key)

CHECK MODE 3 (push key):
Tells that the set is in the check mode 3.
Press the keys on the front of the set to check the functions of the switches.
Keys:
Operate each of the keys on the set and see how its key name on the screen changes.
OK:
Indicates that the key on the set functions well.
Key name remaining: Indicates that the key malfunctions.
To go from this screen to the next one ( CHECK MODE1 ), press the SELECT key three times.
Download procedure
Requirement for PC
· Hardware requierement : PC compatible pentium 60Hz or better system
Parallel cable (for PC to DTV1000) : 25pin Dsub (both ends), straight, all connect.
· Software requirement : Windows 95 + Dos Window (Console program)
· Program : DTVROM. BAT, LPT set. exe, boot. dat (install in same folder)
· Development enviroment : Windows 95J + Microsoft Visual C++ ver.4.0
Download procedure
1. Connect the PC-DTV with the parallel cable.
2. Get the PC started.
3. Execute DTVROM. BAT from DOS prompt in Windows 95.
4. According menu, select A, B, C (LPT I/O address in your PC). (See note.)
5. Program is stoped with message"–– Press any key to continue–" itself.
6. Turn on DTV.
7. When press Enter key, downloading starts.
The red LED lights up.
The LED starts flashing.
A message appears on the PC screen.
PC's program ends itself.
Correct downloading.
The red LED goes out.
The blue LED lights up
A message "State : Download Successfull" appears on the PC screen.
Wrong downloading :
The red LED starts flashing.
The blue LED goes out.
A error message appears on the PC screen.
8. Turn off the DTV power (Unplug the AC cord).
(If an error happens, repeat the above steps from 3.)
9. End
Note : Click on "My Computer", "Control Panel", "System", "Device Manager" then "Ports (COM & LPT)", "Printer Port (LPT1)"
and "Property". Click on Resource, then you will see I/O port address in your PC.
