the IR 232C Assy.
Check Pin 1 of the CN6401 on the

Check if the crystal oscillation is output from Pins
12 and 13 of IC6201 on the IR 232C Assy.
Check if the signal is input to Pin 1 of the CN6401
on the IR 232C Assy.
Turn the unit off then back on, then check Pin
9 of the CN6401 on the IR 232C Assy.
Use of a digital oscilloscope is recommended
for checking.
