Troubleshooting
If you think something is wrong with the unit, check the information below and refer to the
[
FAQ
] for the CDJ-3000 at the URL below.
•
Inspect devices connected to the unit.
•
The unit may restore proper operation after you turn it off and on.
If the problems continue, read the “Precautions for Use” and consult Authorized Service
Company or your dealer.
You cannot play an audio file.
•
Check that the file is not copyright-protected (by DRM).
Sound is not outputting, or it is distorted or unwanted noises
occur.
•
Check that the DJ mixer is properly connected to the unit.
•
If the unit is placed close to a TV, turn the TV off or move the unit away from it.
The information of a file is not displayed correctly.
•
Check that the language is set properly.
•
Check that the information is not written in a language that is not supported by the unit.
Always use a language supported by the unit when creating a file using a DJ application,
etc.
Track Search does not complete.
•
It may take some time for Track Search to complete when Auto Cue is turned on if there
are long silent parts between tracks.
•
If Track Search takes more than 10 seconds, a cue point is set at the beginning of the next
track.
Track does not jump to a cue point.
•
Check if a cue point is set.
