5. Unplug each ISDN cable from the back of
the electronics module.
6. Plug each ISDN cable back into the
electronics module.
Check that the LEDs are green.
7. Place a call.
Each LED should turn solid green. If the
LED does not turn solid green, it indi-
cates that the line is not active. Contact
your network provider.
If the LEDs turn solid green and you are
still experiencing problems, continue
with the next step.
8. Run the Network Reflector Loopback
test from the Loopback Tests menu to
determine if the problem is with the
network interface board or the network
itself. Contact your network provider to
get a loopback number you can call.
If this test indicates a defective network
interface board, call your PictureTel
service provider. (See the
