5 Installation

Changing the tip

1.

Unscrew the tip to be replaced from the pusher of the M-228 / M-229 by hand. If this is

not successful, use an AF 5 open-end wrench.

2.

Screw the new tip into the pusher of the M-228 / M-229 by hand.

3.

Use the AF 5 open-end wrench to tighten the tip with a torque of 2 Nm.

4.

If necessary, secure the screw with a thread-locking adhesive.
