8 Troubleshooting

H-811 Hexapod Microrobot

MS235E

Version: 2.4.0

Problem

Possible causes

Solution

The hexapod does

not move.



The servo mode was

switched off due to a

malfunction.



1. Send the

SVO?

command to

check the activation state of

the servo mode.



2. Send the

ERR?

command

and check the error code that is

returned. For details on

possible error codes and their

causes, see "Protective

Functions of the C-887" in the

user manual of the C-887.5xx

controller.
