Second Serial Interface at Socket P1B
Socket P1B is the upper socket of the double DB-9 connector at P1.
P1B is connected via jumpers to the second serial interface of the
phyCORE-TC1130 or phyCORE-TC1796.
Handshake signals from P1A are accessible at connector X8
