With the given hardware ID, a license can be obtained from vicSDC ( vicsdc.voiceinterconnect.de ). The generated
license file, named lic , should be deployed to:
/home/root/speech/config
and then speech applications need to be reloaded:
systemctl restart speech.target

shown:
