Maintenance & cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance may help extend the life of your cushion.
To clean cover:
1- Remove the cover from the foam base;
2- Machine wash in cold water.
No ironing required
Ensure the backs of the covers match up to the back of the foam base.
To clean incontinence cover:
hand wash with soapy water.
To clean foam base:
1- Remove the cover and incontinence cover;
2- Wipe lightly with a damp cloth;
3- Wipe off with a clean cloth;
4- Let it completely air-dry before reassembly.
Do not use soap
Do not submerge in water
Ensure the back of the cover match up to the back of the foam base.
Disposal of Medical Devices
Do not burn and do not throw away the cushion and its protective cover outside of
designated areas.
Warranty
The foam base is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for
a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers original defects
in material and workmanship of the cushion components, optional components and
new parts that have been replaced by the supplier or by an authorized retailer, with
effect from the delivery date or, if applicable, from the date of replacement. This
warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns, nor to the cushion’s removable
cover. The cover and incontinence covers are guaranteed to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase,
provided normal use.
Physipro inc. agrees to repair or replace any inoperative or defective part for the
duration of the warranty period. To enjoy this warranty service, please contact
Physipro inc. or an authorized retailer. Do not return this product without prior
approval. If you are dissatisfied with this product, send us your comments at the
address provided therein, and include the name and address of the supplier and the
delivery date of the product. Furthermore, this warranty shall not apply to products
that have been damaged through repairs or modifications made without the prior
written consent of Physipro inc. or of an authorized retailer. The same restrictions
shall apply for damages resulting from other circumstances beyond the control of
Physipro inc.
