1.2 RECORDING IN MEMORY 1 TO 4
The procedure for recording memories is the same as for individual recording (1.1).
Up to 20 displays are available in the 4 memories.
You can also make the recordings in the parish office or at home, but please note that you must take the radio
transmitter with you in any case. This prepares your entries for output on the hymn board and must be in
operation when recording. Otherwise the APP would give you the error message „disconnected“ and not
forward you to the input fields.
1.3 RETRIEVING SAVED SUBMISSIONS
After recording and SAVING all entries and, if necessary, selecting the color with „F“, you can now send all
data to the displays during the service with just one keystroke. Press „1“ (the red control button lights up);
the first song number appears on the hymn board. To call up the „2“ and more, you only have to press the
„Next“ button. The red control button now automatically jumps to “2”, etc.
1.4 SCROLLING THE SAVED INDICATIONS ( PAGE 4)
A very practical option to give the parish the opportunity to BEFORE the service prepare hymn books.
2. ADJUSTMENT OF DISPLAY COLOR / MENU F
You have the option of designing EVERY display line separately in countless RGB colors.
To do this, go to the „COLOR“ menu - as shown in the function overview.
You can choose different colors for the song number and verse.
The song numbers/verses are displayed continuously in the order
entered. The software checks your entries and only outputs occupi-
ed fields. For example, if you have stored data for No. 1 to No. 7, the
run at No. 7 automatically jumps back to No. 1.
It will show No.1 (for 2 seconds) and then song number/verse (for 20
seconds) No. 2 song number/verse etc. The duration of the display is
set like this as standard. An adaptation to your wishes can be made
by us. If, for example, no text was entered in line song 5, i.e. the field
is empty, the run will always only be displayed from 1 to 4, and then
it will start again from the beginning. It is therefore essential to
avoid empty memory locations between the recorded song numbers.
As soon as the service begins, it is essential to set the throughput to OFF so that only the current song num-
ber/verse can be released for display by the organist, for example.
