Mark the shape of the vertical onto the horizontal.
Remove the covering from the fuselage.
Remove the covering from the horizontal.
Glue the verticcal to the fuselage by Epoxy glue.

Glue the verticcal to the horizontal by Epoxy glue.
Check the rudder.
The tail gear.
Install the wheel and the collar into the tail gear.
