Pan Motor Assembly Replacement
Tools:
• #2 Phillips screwdriver
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work.
To remove pan motor assembly:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire and allow unit to completely cool.
Step 2. Remove power supply following procedure described in “Low Voltage Supply (LVS)/LED
Power Supply Replacement” chapter on page 22 .
CAUTION: In next step, do not set luminaire where the lenses come in contact with the work surface.
Step 3. Carefully, rotate luminaire to access bottom of enclosure.
Step 4. Remove six 1/4-20 x 1/2" PFZ screws and remove bottom plate.
Step 5. Remove both fan assemblies by removing two 6-32 x 1/4" PPZ SEMS screws for each fan
assembly.
Step 6. Disconnect wiring from pan motor and pan encoder.
Step 7. As shown in Figure 2-28 , remove four 8-32 x 1/4" PPB SEMS screws and flat washers

Step 8. Reassemble following steps in reverse order.
Step 9. Power luminaire and test.
