Beam-Size Iris Assembly Replacement
Note: This procedure not applicable to all units.

#2 Phillips screwdriver
To remove and replace beam-size iris assembly:
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. Remove front cover, rear head assembly, and gobo wheel bulkhead. Refer to
procedures “Front Cover Removal” on page 29 , “Rear Head Assembly
Removal” on page 30 and “Gobo Wheel Bulkhead Replacement” on
page 35 .
Step 3. At beam-size iris assembly, disconnect motor connectors ( Figure 2-20 ).
Step 4. At side rails, remove four 10-32x3/8" PPB screws and #10 split-lock washers
and remove iris assembly.
Step 5. Replace iris assembly by doing steps 2 through 4 in reverse.
