Troubleshooting

Problem

Cause

Solution

The appliance does not

work at all.

The power socket to

which the appliance has

been connected may be

broken.

Check if the appliance is plugged in correctly.

Check the fuse for the power socket in your

home.

The CARE indicator

does not light up.

The Care Infusion

Covers may not be

attached properly.

Make sure the appliance has cooled down

completely, remove the covers and attach them

again.
Connect the plug to the power socket. Press

and hold the power connect button for two

seconds.

The decoration on the

covers fades away within

the first usages.

You might apply to much

pressure when styling.

When styling your hair make sure you do not

use too much pressure, it can damage your hair.

See chapter ‘How to use the straightener’ and

‘Care Infusion Covers’.
