This chapter summarises the most common problems you could encounter with the massagers. If

Problem Possible cause Solution
The massager does
not work.
The rechargeable battery is
empty.
Charge the massager (see chapter
‘Charging’).
The charging case is still
charging.
It takes 24 hours to charge the
massagers fully. When fully charged, the
massagers have an operating time of up
to 1 hour. For a single session, charge the
massagers for at least 10 hours (see
chapter ‘Charging’).
The travel lock is activated. Deactivate the travel lock (see chapter
‘Using the appliance’).
The charging case
does not work.
The charging case is not
plugged in.
Insert the small plug into the charging
case and put the adapter in the wall
socket.
One or both massagers are not
placed in the charging case
properly.
Place the massagers properly in the
charging case (see chapter ‘Charging’).
The lid of the charging case is
open.
Close the lid of the charging case. The
charging case does not work if the lid is
open.
The massagers and
the charging case
become warm
during charging.
This is normal. No further action required.
The massager
suddenly switches
off.
The rechargeable battery is
empty.
Charge the massager (see chapter
‘Charging’).
You have pressed the mode
selection button or the
decrease button for some time
and thus switched off the
massager.
Press any button to switch on the
massager again.
