Brewing milk- based beverages
Note: Use cold milk (at a temperature of approximately 5°C/41°F) with a
protein content of at least 3% to ensure an optimal frothing result. You can
use whole milk, semi-skimmed milk, soy milk and lactose free milk.
Brewing cappuccino
Warning: Danger of burning! Dispensing may be preceded by
small jets of hot water. When steam is used, the hot water/steam
wand and automatic milk frother could be hot. Only grab the
steam wand by its protective handle.

Attach the automatic milk frother to the hot water/steam wand.

Turn the hot water/steam wand with the automatic milk frother towards
the machine until the automatic milk frother touches the machine and is
in horizontal position.

Remove the lid of the milk carafe and pour the milk in the milk carafe.
Close the lid of the milk carafe.

Insert the other end of the suction tube into the milk carafe till the bottom
of the milk carafe.

Place a large cup under the automatic milk frother and the coffee spout.

Select the coffee strength by turning the dial to one or two beans. Select
2 beans for a stronger taste.
