Cumulative errors

These errors are stored in EEPROM and are thus non-volatile 
showing the complete error history of the drive. 
Byte 1 - 9: cumulative errors of previous player / inquiry error 
occurences. These bytes are the same as the nine bytes (1-9) 
of the Momentary errors
