SOLUTION

The index screen flickers
when a DVD+R is inserted

You can finalise the disc using the following function:

Open the disc tray with

OPEN/CLOSE

. Insert the defect DVD+R but

do not

close the tray

Hold down

on the remote control until the tray closes.

FINALIZE

' appears in the display. Finalising begins. This may take up to three

minutes.

If finalising has been successful, the index screen will appear.
