Tarte aux fruits

Ne traitez pas plus d'une portion sans interruption. Laissez l'appareil
refroidir à la température ambiante avant de continuer.

Ingrédients:
-

150g dattes

225g prunes sèches

100g noix (50g amandes/50g noix)

50g raisins

50g raisins de Smyrne

200g farine de seigle

100g farine brute

100g sucre brun

une pincée de sel

1 sachet de levure

300g babeurre

Placez le couteau dans le bol.

Mettez tous les ingrédients dans le bol et mélangez-les pendant
40 secondes.

Versez la pâte dans un moule rectangulaire et faites-la cuire pendant
40 minutes à 170
