The audio quality is poor after connection
with a Bluetooth-enabled device.

The Bluetooth reception is poor. Move the
device closer to this unit or remove any
obstacle between them.
Bluetooth cannot be connected with this unit.

If you experience music stuttering or
breaking of streaming, it could be that
your home Wi-Fi network is busy. Even
though Izzylink is independent from your
home Wi-Fi network, it uses Wi-Fi signals
to communicate between the speakers.
Try the following: 1) Reduce traffic on
your home Wi-Fi network, e.g. stop any
large file downloads or other content
streaming on your Wi-Fi network; 2)
Reboot the Master speaker, by unplugging
it from the mains and plugging it in again.
