This chassis is not equipped with test points in the service
printing. These test points are not specifically mentioned in the
service manual
5.2 Service Mode
5.2.1 Factory Mode or Service Alignment Mode (SAM)
How to Enter
To enter the Factory mode, use the following method:
•
Press on the remote control the code “ 062596 ” directly
followed by the “ INFO ” key.
• Press the “ MENU ” key and select “ FACTORY ” and press
“ OK ” to enter the “Factory” mode as shown in the next
picture.
Caution : This function is available for development and
service personnel only, not for end customers.

How to EXIT
Select " EXIT_FACTORY " and press " OK " bottom on remote
control.
5.2.2 Customer Service Mode (CSM)
Purpose
When a customer is having problems with his TV-set, he can
call his dealer or the Customer Help desk. The service
technician can then ask the customer to activate the CSM, in
order to identify the status of the set. Now, the service
technician can judge the severity of the complaint. In many
cases, he can advise the customer how to solve the problem,
or he can decide if it is necessary to visit the customer. The
CSM is a read only mode; therefore, modifications in this mode
are not possible.
How to Activate CSM
Key in the code ” 123654 ” via the standard RC transmitter.
How to Navigate
By means of the “CURSOR-DOWN/UP” knob on the RC-
transmitter on the screen.

Menu Explanation
1. Model Number: AOC_5335
2. Production Serial Number: Product serial no.
3. Software Version
4. Option Code 1: Option codes group 1.
5. Option Code 2: Option codes group 2.
6. Codes: Error buffer contents
7. SSB: Order code of the SSB
8. DISPLAY: Type nr./order code of display.
9. NVM Version: The version of EEPROM.
10. PQ Version: The version of Picture Quality SW.
11. Key (HDCP): Indicates if the HDCP-keys are valid (HDMI).
12. Digital Signal Quality: Indicates the signal quality.
13. N.a.
14. Audio System: Indicates the received audio system.
15. N.a.
16. Video Format: Indicates the received video format.
17. HD SW ID: Version indication of the used SW.
18. FPGA SW ID: Version indication of the used SW.
19. DFI SW ID: Version indication of the used SW.
20. Stand-by uP SW ID: Version indication of the used SW.
How to exit
Press "MENU" on the RC-transmitter.
