IMPORTANT SAFETY USE GUARD
1. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
3. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
4. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
5. Children shall not play with the appliance.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the
manufacturer or its service agent.
7. Warn of potential injury from misuse.
8. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
9. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the
appliance due to a sudden steaming.
10. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
11. Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
12. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts
that move in use.
13. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
• Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
• Farm houses;
• By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
• Bed and breakfast type environments.
14. Do not immerse Motor Base in water, neither rinse it under tap water.
15. Do not push food with fingers, or other objects (like knives).
16. Be extremely careful when handing blades and inserts,especially while assembling and disassembling,
and cleaning after use. Blades are very sharp.
17. Do not let power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch any hot surface.
18. Do not place the appliance near a gas outlet, electric burner, or heated oven.
19. Please wait till all the components stop running before unplugging the power cord and taking off the
processing bowl.
20. Ensure the capacities shown in the Specifications section are not exceeded.
21. The appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control
system.
22. After use the product, please let it cool down before next usage.
23. Before cleaning the product, must read the “Cleaning & maintenance” part of this instruction.
24. Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve or the protecting cover is damaged or has visible cracks.
