Malfunction disposals
Please check each item first before applying for maintenance:
Malfunctions Possible causes Solutions
No working
Check whether the power plug is
connected. Plug in.
Whether the water tank is full. Empty out the water in it.
Whether the water tank is in
position. Place it well.
Small dehumidifying
capacity.
Whether the filter is too dirty. Clean the filter.
Whether the air inlet and outlet are
blocked. Remove the object blocked or move the
dehumidifier to ensure certain inlet and
outlet air.
Check to see if the dehumidifier is in
air mode. Change the operation mode to the
dehumidifying mode.
Big noises Check whether the machine unit is
placed well. Place the machine unit on the smooth and
stable floor.
Stop during the
dehumidifying
process.
Whether the room temperature is
too high or too low and out of the
working scope of the dehumidifier. The dehumidifier may start automatically
when the room temperature returns to the
working scope.
The clothing can’t be
dry fast.
Whether the room temperature is
very low. Whether the room temperature is very low.
Check to see if washed clothes are
not exposed to the air from the unit. Try to expose the washed clothes to the air
flow.
Make sure the phenomena below happen while the malfunctions above are not included:

The unit stops operating when the room
temperature is below approx.
The unit stops dehumidifying because the humidity in a
room drops to 60% or less in “Automatic” mode.
The humidity of the room can’t reduce
The room area is too big,which is ove r it’s application
scope.The door and windows of the room aren’t closed.The
machine unit is operated with a kerosene heater(which
releases steam)together.
Unpleasant smell The smell may come from the wall,furniture and other
things.
The machine unit makes a sound during
operation. Circulation of the refrigerant may cause sound until it is
stable.
Water is in the tank The water is left because the unit is subjected to
dehumidifying test in the factory.
The FULL indicator light is on. When the water tank is full, the FULL indicator light is on
for reminding.
