   REFRIGERATOR COMPONENTS

1. Air exhaust vent:

Cooled air is released from this vent.    Ensure this vent is never blocked.    Failure

to do so will result in unstable temperature distribution.

2. Shade:

This is for protecting a fluorescent light.

3. Door switch:

This switch make the circulating fan stop and door check lamp ON when the door is

opened.    The loss of cooled air is minimized by stopping the circulating fan.

4.

Door:

The door is provided with a self-closing mechanism.    Full opening angle is 130 degree.    The

magnetic door gasket keeps the sealing between the door and frame.

5. Magnetic door gasket:

This gasket ensures the tightness of the chamber and prevents the cooled

air from escaping.

6. Glass window:

This 3-layer heat-ray absorbing glass window prevents heat-rays from entering the

chamber.

7. Magnetic catcher:

This catcher ensures the door contact with the frame and also prevents the door

rebound if it is closed roughly.

8. Lock:

Turn a key clockwise through 180 degree to lock the door.

9. Inner doors:

Inner door is provided for each shelf.    These doors can keep the temperature rise in

minimum when the door is opened.

10. Control panel:

See page 10 for the details.

11. Evaporating tray:

The water from a condenser is collected into the evaporating tray and

evaporated automatically.

12. Leveling foot:

There 4 leveling feet, one on each corner.    Use these feet to adjust the height and

level the unit.

13. Casters:

These are for moving of the unit.    At the time of installation, use the adjusting screws to

level the unit.

14. Remote alarm terminal:

It is positioned at the lower back side of the cabinet.    See page 15.

15. Air intake vent:

It is placed under the lowest shelf.    A sensor of temperature controller is attached

here.

16. Wire shelves:

The shelves can be adjusted vertically.    For normal use, adjust the shelves to match

the inner doors.

17. Access hole:

This hole allows cables to be passed into the cabinet.

18. Circulating fan:

A fan is installed inside the air exhaust vent.    Cooled air is circulated with this fan.

19. Sensor of temperature recorder:

This is provided inside of the air exhaust vent.
