REFRIGERATOR COMPONENTS
Control panel
1. Alarm test switch (TEST):
This switch is used to check that the warning device operates properly.
Warning device is normal if by pressing this switch alarm lamp is lighted up an buzzer sounds.
2. Alarm lamp (ALARM):
This lamp blinks when power supply to refrigerator is interrupted. Also,
when the chamber temperature becomes above about 6
o
C or below about 2
o
C, this lamp is lighted up.
3. Alarm switch (ALARM):
Turn on this switch to activate the warning device. Turn it off to deactivate
the alarm system.
4. Alarm buzzer:
This buzzer is activated together with the alarm lamp.
5. Buzzer switch (BUZZER):
When this switch is put in OFF position, buzzer will not sound. Alarm is
indicated only by lamp.

7. Digital thermometer (TEMPERATURE):
This thermometer indicates the chamber temperature.
Since the cooling and heating are repeated to keep constant chamber temperature, the digital indication
goes up or down around 4
o
C.
8. Door check lamp (DOOR):
This lamp is lighted up when the door is open.
9. Fuse (FUSE):
This protects the unit when the electric current is abnormal. The fuse is a glass tube
type. (When power is AC 100 V to 120 V, the fuse is 6.4 mm in diameter, 30 mm long; AC 125 V and 15
A. When power is AC 220 V to 240 V, the fuse is the same size; AC 250 V and 10 A.) (except for CE
model)
10. Power switch (POWER):
The unit is turned on/off with this switch. (except for CE model)
11. Fluorescent light switch (LIGHT):
The fluorescent light is turned on when this switch is on.
