THE HEADSET
Issue: Headset does not work
Solution: Please make sure the head-
set is turned on and charged.
Issue: Headset does not work properly
with the phone
Solution: Reset the headset by
pressing all three buttons at the same
time for 10 seconds until you hear the
low confirmation tone. Then, pair your
headset and phone again.
Issue: Battery lasts shorter than
expected
Solution:
Turn down the volume. High
volume will drain the battery faster
than lower volume.
Issue:
Music playback stutters
Solution:
Prevent heavy background
tasks such as updating apps. If
streaming music, ensure your internet
connection is stable and your device
is in range.
