Setting up
All setting up work may only be carried out by appropriately trained personnel!
Unless stated otherwise, the machine must be switched off for all setting up
work!

Inserting the sealing tape

Adapting the sealing tape reel holder to the sealing tape reel

The sealing tape real holder must be adapted to the inner diameter of the sealing tape
reel:
For small inner diameters turn the front disk

, so that the
small

is positioned
opposite holder

. The sealing tape reel can be fitted to the holder directly.

For large inner diameters turn the front disk

, so that the
large
disk

is positioned
opposite holder

. Slide fitting

onto holder

and push the sealing tape reel onto it.
When the sealing tape unwinds it should not touch the inner wall of the sealing
tape reel holder.

Adjusting the sealing tape brake

Adjust the sealing tape brake with nut

so that the sealing tape reel cannot continue
moving, but the sealing tape can be drawn off rapidly.
