Hook driver
Requirement
1. When the balance wheel is turned, the machine should not bind.
2. The play of catch

should be less than
0.1 mm

Remove the hook.

Loosen screws
1, 2
and
3
(remove motor

).

Move the eccentric shaft

in accordance with
requirement 1
and twist it in accordance
with
requirement 2
.
●
Tighten screws

and

.
●
Move adjustment ring

against the metal edge and tighten screw

●
Insert the hook.
If catch

has too much play, the running noise of the machine increases. Too
little play may cause the machine to jam.
