pepper mill
The mechanism of your mill has been specially designed
to get the very best from black, white, green and red
pepper-and pink peppercorns (in they are mixed to
a maximum of 15% with one of tese peppers) it also
works for Sichuan pepper and coriander seeds. Do not
use your mill for any other spice and for salt.
salt mill
The mechanism of your mill has been specially
designed to get the very best from rock salts (white,
pink or blue). Only use your mill for these dry salts.
Charging the battery
• To get the best performance from your mill,
fully charge the batteries before first use.
• A fully charge require about 3 hours
• The battery needs to be fully charged when
it starts becoming lower, without waiting
for the complete discharge of the battery.
• When the batteries are empty, they need
to be fully charged, immediately.
• Mill not used, stored for several months with
empty batteries, may cause battery damage.

• The supply unit must not be used with another

• Never put the mill into a liquid and never put
it into a dishwasher
• Do not operate the mill with wet hands,

• No product or detergent must be used
for maintenance of the mill.
• Regularly clean the mill, food contact surfaces
included, with a soft cloth (NEVER clean
by dishwasher).
• Do not place close to a heat source.
• Keep it away from light and moisture.
