Your watch is equipped with a 3-position crown :
A Crown in manual movement-winding position (normal
wearing position)
B Crown in the quick date-setting position*
C Crown in time-setting position, with stop-seconds

Setting the time on the watch
Pull crown to the C position. The time may then be set by
turning the crown forwards or backwards.
Fast date adjustment*
Pull the crown out to position B. The date can then be cor-
rected by turning the crown backwards.
Winding the watch
If your automatic watch has stopped, or before the first time
you use it, you will need to wind it manually so as to recharge
the power reserve to its maximum. To wind your automatic
watch manually, you will need to turn the crown (in position A)
in a clockwise direction at least 45 times. “Normal” wear for a
12-hour period ensures a power reserve of at least 24 hours.
So if your automatic watch has been out of operation for a
certain time, be sure to hand-wind it fully before wearing it.
