Setting the time

Unscrew the crown by turning it backwards. Pull the crown
out to position D. The time may then be set without any risk
by simply turning the crown either forwards or backwards
(see note 1).

Push the crown back into position B.

Screw the crown in again by pressing it and turning it
forwards.

Fast date adjustment

Unscrew the crown by turning it counter-clockwise. Pull the
crown out to position D and turn it forwards until the date
changes and the hands are between 2 am and 4 am.

Push the crown back into position C and turn it counter-
clockwise until the date preceding the day to be displayed
appears in the aperture.

Pull the crown out to position D once again and turn it clock-
wise until the desired date and time (see note 2).

Push the crown back into position B.

Screw the crown in again, press it and turn it clockwise.

Winding the watch

If the watch stops, a few turns of the crown (in position B)
are enough to start it running again. Thereafter, the user’s
own movements will keep the watch wound.
