Lift up the rear end of the drive motor to make
it easier to remove the magnetic brake, 
see fig. 22. 

12.

Remove the three bolts that hold the brake,
see fig. 23. Note the position of the brake
release arm and rubber seal for refitting.
Remove the brake, complete with the disc 
and cover.
