A non-original power adapter is used to recharge the device;
The device is given to children, or put at ease of reach, with any subsequent

The device is used with a compromised capsule, or a counterfeit, or self-made capsule;
The device is used in any manner that a reasonable person would deem to be
inappropriate or dangerous.
