Cable
The bus connecting cables must have the following characteristics:
Length of leads
Depending of the type of cable used and the extent of external noise sources, the dis-
tance between two units can be up to 400 meters. The total length of an INTERBUS
system can extend up to 13 kilometers. The number of units connected to the bus is
limited to 512.
