About battery types

Compatible batteries
Use four of the same type of battery.
• AA alkaline batteries (LR6)
• AA lithium batteries (FR6)
• AA Nickel-Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) batteries

Non-compatible batteries
The following batteries cannot be used in the flash unit.
• AA manganese batteries
• AA nickel cadmium batteries (Ni-Cd)

* These figures are for new batteries that are the same type.
Note
• If the READY lamp does not light up soon after turning on the
power switch, the batteries may be exhausted or inserted
incorrectly.
Verify the orientation of the batteries, or if the READY lamp
still does not light up, replace them with new batteries.
• If charging takes more than 20 seconds, the batteries are
exhausted. The batteries need to be replaced.

Remarque
• Si le témoin de disponibilité ne s’allume pas après la mise
en marche de l’interrupteur général, il se peut que les piles
soient déchargées ou mal insérées.
Vérifiez l’orientation des piles, et si le témoin de disponibilité
ne s’allume toujours pas, remplacez-les par des neuves.
• Si le temps de charge est supérieur à 20 secondes, cela
signifie que les piles sont déchargées et qu’il convient de
les remplacer.
