• Disinfect and clean the system at least once a year or if the treated water has an off-taste or an unusual odour.

Adding salt
TIP
Scan this QR code to download the Salt Reminder application from Pentair in order to
ensure refilling the salt in the brine tank when required.
TIP
Do no fill the brine tank with too much salt if you are approaching to brine tank cleaning
date.

Troubleshooting
Please follow this procedure for any technical support:

Collect the required information for a technical assistance request.
→ Product identification (see 2.1. Serial and safety tags location, page 5 and Original settings, page 2;
→ Error number displayed on the controller;

Contact your local dealer who installed this device (see contact details on last page).
→ Also call him if the water tastes salty, if the water is not softened or if there is no salt consumption.

Remove the front part of the protective cover (

Open the salt lid (

Make sure the brine well (

) is closed by its cap.

Dump salt in the funnel (

) leaving the brine well (

) uncovered
for a minimum of 2 cm.

Close the salt lid (

).

Remount the front part of the protective cover (
