Installing the temperature sensors
About this task:
Each temperature sensor ships with a set of stickers that display a serial code. The serial code on
the stickers matches the serial code on the side of the sensor. Use these stickers to trace the tem-
perature sensors.
1. Mount a sensor with or without a bracket in each refrigeration unit that you want to monitor.
To secure the sensor, use screws, tie wraps, or double-sided tape.
2. Attach a sticker to a visible location on the refrigeration unit.
3. Swipe the sensor once from top to bottom with a magnet and observe the following light
sequence:
- The sensor light turns blue.
- The sensor light flashes green approximately four times.
- The sensor light turns off.
