ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
ASSEMBLY OF ARCHES
(Wing nuts are always on inside)
a)
Take one center arch (F) and assemble at each end an extension
(E). Note that extension (E) has a hole at 6” from one end, this end
goes into the corner arch, not the center arch.
b)
At each end of (E), install one corner arch 1 hole (H). Then attach
the cross bar (D) with 2 screws 2-1/2" and wing nuts.

Repeat step 1 for the remaining regular arches.

ASSEMBLY OF END ARCHES
a)
Take one center arch (F) and assemble at each end an extension (E). Note that extension (E) has a hole
at 6” from one end, this end goes into the corner arch, not the center arch.
b)
At each end of extension (E), install one end corner arch (G) with 2 holes.
c)
Take the completed arch and put screw 2-1/2" (97-486) through holes on each side. Attach crossbar
(D) to screws and secure with wing nuts (90-019).
d)
Take one door rail junction (B) and attach a door rail (A) at each end.
Put one screw 1 3/4" (97-483) at each end of (B) to secure (A) and tighten with
wing nut (90-019).
e)
Slide the shower hooks (90-015) over the door rail (A) and then install the rail
to the corner arches, using a screw 2 1/2" (97-486) and wing nut at each end.
f)
Take one door rail holder (C) and put one screw 1 3/4” to attach with junction (B). Put a 4” screw in
the other hole on (C) to attach with (F). Secure with a wing nut.
g)
Repeat step 3 with the remaining end arch.
h)
Place one of the end arches at the front of the car shelter and the other at the back.
4.
ASSEMBLY OF STRUCTURES
a)
Take 2 legs with 2 holes (I) and install them on the end arch.
b)
Take 2 legs with 1 hole (J) and install them on the regular arch.
c)
Place an end arch upright with the rail door inside the structure and attach connecting pipes 96” (90-
006) at each hole inside the shelter with 4” screws and wing nuts. There are 5 pieces of connecting
pipe: 2 at bottom leg, 2 at top extension and 1 centre.
d)
Add the next regular arch and attach to the connecting pipes (90-006). Make sure these parts are
secured.
e)
Once these 2 arches are assembled, place part 90-010 (Diagonal 59 5/8”) on both sides

between leg (I) and leg (J). Use a 3 1/2" screw in the upper hole of leg (I) and lower hole
of leg (J). Shift arches if necessary so the diagonals fit. It will give you a 90º angle

f)
Add next regular arch with leg (J) and connecting pipes (90-007) and assemble to the end of
connecting pipes (90-006).
