Insert the security key (10) into the slot (11).

Caution
Always remove the security key from its slot when work is finished. Keep the key with you or in
a secure place where it cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons.
If the key is pulled out or not detected, the lawn mower will stop immediately. To restart the
mower, turn off the battery, insert the security key in its socket and turn the battery back on. The
mower will once again be ready to operate.
5.4.2. INCLINOMETER
Note
This lawn mower is equipped with an inclinometer that prevents engine start up when the mower is steeply
inclined or turned over.
For your safety, it is impossible to start the blades when
the mower is in a vertical position:
• for cleaning
• for unclogging
• to change worn parts
If the battery is operating, an intermittent beep shows that
the mower is in a dangerous position with the battery en-
abled.

Caution
If the ground to be mowed is steep, there may be too much of a tilt on the mower and the motor
will not start because of this safety feature.
If the mower is not located on level ground (slope <20°), a flashing error code corresponding to
the safety shut down of the mower will appear on the control box.
