• To ensure long battery life, the battery should be stored in a dry and warm place between 0 °C and 25 °C.
• To preserve the longevity of the battery and prevent its deterioration, it is imperative to store the charged battery
and to re-charge it every 10 months in case of non-use.
• Do not operate the switch while in storage.
• No combustible objects should be stored within 1.5 metres of the battery.
Warning
Never store the battery in an ambient temperature of
more than +45 °C.
Note
If the battery is not used for 4 or 10 days (depending on the model or production batch), the battery automat-
ically discharges to its storage charge rate, then goes to sleep mode. Warming up occurs during this phase.

• Always disconnect the battery from the tool during transport

Apart from the commercial warranty provided for under Article II, Article 1641 of the Civil Code provides that "the
seller is bound to a warranty on account of latent defects of the object sold which render it unfit for the use for which
it was intended, or which would impair said use to the extent that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would
only have given a lesser price for it, had he known of them".
Article 1648 of the Civil Code "The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two
years after the discovery of the defect. "
