Ac-1
rice/pasta
Wash rice or pasta and soak for 30 minutes. Place rice or pasta in a
deep and large bowl. Add water accodring to the table below.
Rice: After cooking stand cover for 5 minutes or until the water is
absorbed.
Pasta: Stir several times during cooking. After cooking stand for 1 or
2 minutes.
Ac-2
fresh vegetables
Place 0,2 - 0,8 kg vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl and add water:
0,2 - 0,4 kg vegetables: 2 tablespoons of water
0,5 - 0,8 kg vegetables: 4 tablespoons of water
Cover the bowl with microwave foil. After cooking, stir and allow to
stand.

frozen vegetables
See fresh vegetables.
Ac-4
popcorn
Use popcorn that is suitable for the microwave oven (85 - 100 g).
Press “Stop” prior to completion, when the popping speed is
decreased to 1 time per 1-2 seconds.

beverage
Heating up 250 or 500 ml liquid. The liquid temperature is 5 - 10 °C.
Use a big mouth cup and do not cover.

Choose medium sized potatoes approximately 200 g per piece The total

Warm a piece of chilled pizza of 0.15 kg.

skin of the fish. Put the fish on a shallow dish of 22 - 27 cm diameter.
