Place adapter box (

Adjust swivel to desired position as shown. Secure
adapter box to support column with four 1" socket
screws (

) using a 3/16" allen wrench as shown.
Insert support column (

) into ceiling assembly

). Align holes of support column with holes of
ceiling assembly and secure using three 7/16" x 4"
bolts (

) and three 7/16" nuts (

) as shown.
Attach adapter plate (

) to adapter box (

) with
eight 3/4" socket screws (

) using a 3/16" allen
wrench as shown.
