PedalFarm guarantees all products to be free of defects
resulting from faulty components or craftsmanship. This
warranty does not cover the enclosure, knobs, hardware or
any damage resulting from abuse or wear from normal use.
To file a warranty claim, call or email PedalFarm to receive an
authorization number. This authorization number must
accompany the device when returned. The customer is
responsible for all shipping costs. The PedalFarmer will
determine the nature of the fault and either repair or replace
any qualifying device. If the issue is one not covered by the
warranty, the PedalFarmer is happy to repair it for a very
reasonable price.
